What are OEM Parts?

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer which means that parts are purchased from the original manufacturer of the product. Using OEM parts saves you money because they are better quality than non-OEM parts.

What should I do in a plumbing emergency? I.E. toilets do not flush, water filling shower or tub, etc.

How do my drains get clogged?

Build up like grease and calcium reduces the inside diameter of the drain. Solids cannot get through the drain causing a clog. Also, defects of the pipe itself can create this problem. If you experience a clog please contact us to schedule service and get this issue fixed.

Why have I had leaks in the past?

In most neighborhoods the water pressure exceeds the recommended number (80psi). The volume of water entering the home is too great. This puts unnecessary stress on the entire plumbing system. This is the same condition as having high blood pressure.

How can I tell if my toilet is leaking?

To find out if you have a toilet leak is to place a drop of food coloring in the toilet tank. If the color shows up in the bowl within 15 minutes without flushing, you have a leak. Make sure to flush immediately after this experiment to avoid staining the tank. If you discover that your toilets are leaking, please contact us to get this issue resolved.

Why does my toilet flush slow?

An object may be lodged in the toilet bowl portion of the drain restricting water flow or the water that transfers from toilet tank to bowl may be restricted by calcium build-up in the rim of the toilet bowl.
